Order Processing
All orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days from the date of purchase.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
During peak periods, sales events, or holiday seasons, dispatch times may be slightly longer. If significant delays occur, we will make reasonable efforts to notify affected customers.

Solea ships Australia-wide using Australia Post.
Customers may select from the following shipping options at checkout:

- Express Shipping
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the delivery location and selected shipping method.
Delivery Timeframes
Estimated delivery timeframes provided by Australia Post are a guide only and commence once your order has been dispatched.
Delivery times may vary depending on your location, weather conditions, public holidays, and carrier demand.
Solea is not responsible for delays caused by Australia Post or circumstances beyond our control.
Tracking Information
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information where available.
Customers are responsible for monitoring the progress of their shipment using the tracking details provided.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of purchase.
Solea is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address supplied by the customer. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping fees may apply before the order can be resent.
Lost or Delayed Parcels
If you believe your parcel has been lost or significantly delayed, please contact us and we will assist in lodging an enquiry with Australia Post where appropriate.
Once a parcel has been handed to Australia Post, delivery is under the responsibility of the carrier.
Damaged Deliveries
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide:
- Your order number
- Photographs of the damaged item(s)
- Photographs of the packaging
We will review the issue and work with you to arrange a suitable resolution in accordance with our Refund Policy.
