At Solea, each product is carefully handcrafted and packaged with care. Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect purchases, or personal preference.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

To assist with your claim, please provide:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photographs of the damaged or faulty item and packaging

Once your claim has been reviewed and approved, you may choose between:

  • A replacement product of the same value; or
  • A full refund to your original payment method

Non-Refundable Items

We are unable to offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect product selection
  • Fragrance preferences
  • Minor variations in colour, appearance, or finish, as all products are handmade
  • Products that have been used, burned, or altered after delivery

Shipping Issues

Solea is not responsible for delays caused by postal carriers, incorrect shipping information provided by customers, or circumstances outside of our control.

If your parcel arrives damaged during transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can assist in resolving the issue.

Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights or remedies you may have under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for products that have a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
